Programming consulting here means structured projects—not open-ended staff augmentation. Each engagement targets a cloud application architecture outcome you can ship: a target topology, a migration runway, or a hardened integration boundary.
1. Discovery intake
You share repositories, diagrams, incident history, and compliance constraints. We confirm whether the problem is architectural, operational, or a mix—and whether a fixed-scope project is appropriate.
2. Written scope
We deliver a statement of work listing deliverables, assumptions, out-of-scope items, milestones, and fees. Work starts after mutual written confirmation.
3. Architecture workstreams
Depending on scope: service decomposition workshops, threat-modeled API designs, infrastructure-as-code reviews, and pairing on critical modules.
4. Handover
Final readout with annotated diagrams, ADRs, and a prioritized backlog your team can execute without us on retainer.
Engagements are offered to teams operating in or from Singapore; remote collaboration is fine when repositories and staging environments are accessible.
