What we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. We also store your cookie consent choice locally in your browser (see our Cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, scope potential consulting work, and maintain records of commercial correspondence. Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in operating our business.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Security and transfers

We host this site and process inquiries on infrastructure we control. Personal data is not sold. Cross-border transfers, if any, follow contractual safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.

Data breach notification

If we assess a data breach as notifiable under the Personal Data Protection Act, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after that assessment, and notify affected individuals where significant harm is likely.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data we hold. Contact the DPO using the details above. You may also withdraw consent for marketing (we do not add inquiry contacts to marketing lists without separate consent).

Do Not Call Registry

If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we will check it against the Do Not Call Registry before making telemarketing calls, if ever applicable to a follow-up you have not requested.
