Refund policy

StackVertex Consulting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201984729K ) provides paid project-based programming consulting in cloud application architecture. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for fees agreed in a statement of work.
Eligibility
Refund rights apply to consulting fees you have paid under a signed statement of work with us. Expenses passed through at cost (for example, prepaid third-party licences explicitly listed in your agreement) follow the vendor’s rules.
Cooling-off for services
Singapore law does not provide a general statutory cooling-off period for bespoke consulting services bought online. We still aim to treat customers fairly under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Standard project fees
Unless your statement of work states otherwise:
- Within 7 calendar days of written project confirmation, you may cancel for a full refund of fees not yet earned, minus any documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- After work has started, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Work-in-progress milestones are refunded only for the portion not yet performed, assessed reasonably and documented in writing.
Deposits
Deposits stated in your statement of work secure scheduling. They are non-refundable once we begin discovery work reserved for your project slot.
How to request a refund
Email info@stackvertex.digital with your name, statement of work reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Disputes
Contact us first at 6000 1904 or the email above. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to the Consumers Association of Singapore or other applicable avenues.
